Ivica Dacic stated that the international forces are responsible for security in Kosovo, given that Serbia has no representatives of its own in the province. “Serbs are above all interested in peace, but if they were attacked or forced out, that could cause instability in the region,” the Interior Minister told reporters after a training of the Serbian and Russian units for reaction in emergency situations in southern Serbia.
