President Boris Tadic will head a state delegation in the final part of the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen on December 18. The Serbian president's press service announced on Tuesday that the delegation will include Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulic. Tadic to attend Copenhagen conference Dulic will also participate as the Chairman of the UN Environment Program (UNEP) Steering Committee, the Serbian Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning announced. The goal of the conference is to reach a global agreement on climate changes which would replace the Kyoto Protocol, that will expire in 2012. All 192 UN member states are take part in the gathering. In Copenhagen, large-scale protests were expected today, as talks at the conference were deadlocked over emission cuts and financial aid for poorer countries, the BBC reported.

Dulić will also participate as the Chairman of the UN Environment Program (UNEP) Steering Committee, the Serbian Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning announced.
