Court sets bail for consulting firm owner Nikezic is accused of abuse in the corruption case concerning the Azotara fertilizer plant. Court spokeswoman Dusica Ristic told Tanjug that the court set bail at RSD 250 million and if Nikezic pays the sum, he will be released pending trial. The Organized Crime Prosecutor's Office has appealed to the Appellate Court, but this does not stay the bail ruling, Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljevic told Tanjug. Charges were also brought against former Agriculture Minister Sasa Dragin, who is in custody, and another 19 people including former managers at Azotara, state agricultural companies, and a number of owners and managers of private agricultural firms. They are charged with abuse in the sale of subsidized mineral fertilizers which were intended for farms, agricultural cooperatives and state-owned agricultural producers. Tanjug
