Custody extended for Delta Holding owner

The Special Court's Trial Chamber extended the custody of Delta Holding owner Miroslav Mišković and Nibens Group owner Milo Đurašković on Friday.

BELGRADE The Special Court's Trial Chamber extended the custody of Delta Holding owner Miroslav Miskovic and Nibens Group owner Milo Djuraskovic on Friday. The decision came on the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office, Organized Crime Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljevic told Tanjug. Custody extended for Delta Holding owner He said that their custody was extended because the suspects were considered a flight risk. Radisavljevic noted that the Prosecutor's Office on Thursday indicted Miskovic, Djuraskovic and nine of their associates for abuses related to road construction and maintenance companies. Miskovic and his associates were arrested on December 12, 2012. Custody extended for Delta Holding owner

He said that their custody was extended because the suspects were considered a flight risk.

Radisavljević noted that the Prosecutor's Office on Thursday indicted Mišković, Đurašković and nine of their associates for abuses related to road construction and maintenance companies.

Mišković and his associates were arrested on December 12, 2012.

Mišković's son Marko has in the meantime been released and is now under house arrest, while the others have been released pending trial.
