Hague Tribunal war crimes indictee Goran Hadzic did not enter his plea the indictment against him during the initial appearance before the court. He asked for additional time to prepare his defense. Judge Kwon also said that the Trial Chamber II, headed by Judge Guy Delvoie, will be in charge of Hadzic's proceedings.
