The trial of Darko Saric's organized crime group was opened on Tuesday before the Belgrade Special Court, after it was postponed yesterday. The court had previously rejected the proposals of the defense attorneys that the transcripts of intercepted telephone conversations between the group members, recorded in the period from May 22, 2008 to October 15, 2009, be removed from the evidence list.
