Man arrested for planting bomb under luxury car

The Serbian police (MUP) Belgrade department said on Tuesday that a man was arrested on suspicion that he planted a bomb under a vehicle.

The Serbian police (MUP) Belgrade department said on Tuesday that a man was arrested on suspicion that he planted a bomb under a vehicle. The suspect was identified as Nebojsa K., 31. Police detained him on charges of attempted murder and illegal possession and handling of arms and explosives. Man arrested for planting bomb under luxury car The man was arrested in connection to a case earlier this month, when a powerful explosive device was planted under a Maserati sports car, parked in a public garage in downtown Belgrade, owned by Ivan Pavlovic. Pavlovic has in the meantime been arrested on suspicion that he organized an international drug smuggling ring. Nebojsa K. has been remanded in 48-hour police custody, and will be charged and handed over to an investigative judge with the Belgrade District Court, a MUP statement said today.

Man arrested for planting bomb under luxury car

The man was arrested in connection to a case earlier this month, when a powerful explosive device was planted under a Maserati sports car, parked in a public garage in downtown Belgrade, owned by Ivan Pavlović.

Pavlović has in the meantime been arrested on suspicion that he organized an international drug smuggling ring.

Nebojša K. has been remanded in 48-hour police custody, and will be charged and handed over to an investigative judge with the Belgrade District Court, a MUP statement said today.
