Rasim Ljajic says the media misinterpreted War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic's statement about Mladic's whereabouts. Ljajic is, along with Vukcevic, a coordinator of the Serbian government action team set up for tracking down and arresting war crime fugitives. Nobody knows where Mladic is – Ljajic He told journalists Wednesday they were wrongly interpreting the meaning of Vukcevic's comments, who today claims, through Ljajic, that he "did not say Mladic was in Serbia on the basis of operational data". "We are working as if Mladic is in Serbia, but at this point no one can claim whether or not he is in the territory of our country," Ljajic told reporters after the signing of an agreement on social insurance between Serbia and Montenegro. "It is up to us to launch constant operational activities to get to Mladic's hiding place as soon as possible," Ljajic said, and added, "but we are still not on his trail, nor do we have credible evidence that could indicate where he is located."
