BELGRADE Prominent United Arab Emirates (UAE) businessman Mohammad Ali Rashed Alabbar is willing to invest USD 3.1 billion in the City on Water project. This is according to the Belgrade-based weekly Novi Magazin, which quoted First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vucic.
