Serbian currency up by 0.49 pct

The Serbian dinar (RSD) strengthened against the euro (EUR) by RSD 0.50 or 0.49 percent on Monday.

The Serbian dinar (RSD) strengthened against the euro (EUR) by RSD 0.50 or 0.49 percent on Monday. The official middle exchange rate at RSD 101.9242 for one, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) stated. Serbian currency up by 0.49 pct During the weekend and up to 8 a.m. on Monday, the Friday official middle exchange rate of RSD 102.4217 was in effect. On the monthly level, the dinar will weaken against euro by 0.6 per cent, and strengthen on the annual level by 3.9 percent. The Serbian currency was at its highest this year on May 23, with the official middle exchange rate at RSD 96.7007, while its lowest value was recorded on January 6 amounting to RSD 106.4947. The indicative exchange rate against the U.S. dollar stood at RSD 71.7220 on Friday, which was 1.1 percent drop compared to Thursday. At the monthly level, the dinar has weakened against the dollar by 1.5 percent, that is strengthened by 12 percent at the annual level.

The Serbian currency was at its highest this year on May 23, with the official middle exchange rate at RSD 96.7007, while its lowest value was recorded on January 6 amounting to RSD 106.4947.

The indicative exchange rate against the U.S. dollar stood at RSD 71.7220 on Friday, which was 1.1 percent drop compared to Thursday.

At the monthly level, the dinar has weakened against the dollar by 1.5 percent, that is strengthened by 12 percent at the annual level.
