The consultant for the sale of the state share inb Telekom Srbija is expected complete their report in the next several weeks. After this, the government will decide on the actual percentage and model for the sale of the state share in the telecommunications company and will publish a public invitation to all those interested to submit their offers, Minister for Telecommunications and Information Society Jasna Matic says. Telekom sale consultant in coming weeks The consultant has started making an estimate of Telekom Srbija and an analysis of the company's business operations, property and legal relations and the best options for the sell-off of the state-owned shares, Matic told Vecernje Novosti over the weekend. She underscored that the expected price directly depends on the percentage of the state's stake that will be put up for sale and on the sell-off model. Matic pointed out that Germany's Deutsche Telekom, Egypt's Orascom and Turkey's Turk Telekom all expressed an interested in buying the shares.
