A Belgrade magazine says Pepsi has confirmed ongoing negotiations to take over Serbia's Knjaz Milos. The Biznis magazine reports that the public will officially learn about this once negotiations reach their final phase. Pepsi eyes Serbia's top mineral water plant Pepsi has authorized its Pepsico Americas in Serbia to talk about the acquisition of the Arandjelovac-based mineral water and beverages factory, the same report said. The current owner, Salford Investment Fund, is set to sell the company three years after the acquisition. Danube Food Group, which merged with the fund, says that this is a sound business move, since Salford looks to buy, raise the value of the acquisition, and then make a profit selling it. Danube Food Group's Corporate and Regulatory Sector Director Rade Pribicevic also announced the sale of all the other Serbian firms currently operating as part of this company. Pribicevic also said Salford is set to continue investing in Serbia.

Danube Food Group's Corporate and Regulatory Sector Director Rade Pribićević also announced the sale of all the other Serbian firms currently operating as part of this company.

Pribićević also said Salford is set to continue investing in Serbia.
