After this has happened, the Appeals Chamber announced, Serbia and the Netherlands will once again declare themselves on the possibility of his release, while the Trial Chamber will afterwards assess the possibility of once again granting him temporary release.
The leader of the Serb Radical Party (SRS) was incarcerated from early 2003 until November 6, 2014, when he was set free in order to receive treatment for liver cancer. He has been charged with war crimes and the Hague Tribunal is yet to deliver a verdict in his trial.
The temporary release was granted with the Serbian government providing guarantees that Seselj had "rejected."
Prior to this, it was said that the conditions for his temporary release would include house arrest, police escort during medical treatment, ban on communications with victims related to his case, ban on public commenting on the case, confiscation of his passport, and ban on taking part in the political life.
However, the actual conditions of this release have not been published and remain secret.
Since he returned to the country, Seselj has taken part in the political life, speaking at rallies and SRS campaigns, but has not commented on any issues related to the Hague indictment against him.
Last November, he suggested that he would not voluntarily return to the detention unit of the Tribunal.
The Appeals Chamber was deciding on a Hague Prosecution complaint, that said Seselj's behavior while in Serbia "betrayed the trust of the court" as he "threatened people who cooperate with the prosecution and said he would not return to the Hague, violating the conditions for his release."
The prosecution also questioned assessments about this poor health and asked for the conditions, should he be released again, to be more strict.
The Trial Chamber previously rejected the prosecution's request to once again incarcerate Seselj, but the Appeals Chamber has now accepted it.
Judges already released a ghoust from the past, from the bottle by releasing him.Now there could be some consequences in the near or in distant future.Even if they capture him,he already planted a seed to new young generations.EU can only hope, for sake of the Balkan and for peace in Serbia, that he didn't converted to many of them.Youth unemployment has to be lower, people must work, less corruption, higher standard, better educated,or else civil war could be repeated.Serbia will not abandone Russia(historical friend, similar mentality),particularly under western pressure to do it.Every pressure is going against national pride, which is very important on Balkan.Anti-western political parties in Serbia and in RS will use Seselj case scenario as the argument that western countries, are against all Serbs only, even they are not agree with his politics.

Fact: No conditions for his release were ever presented to Seselj. Consistently laughable `rulings` by appeal chambers of the ICTY.

B92 wrties: "The temporary release was granted with the Serbian government providing guarantees that Seselj had "rejected."
Correction: The government's guarantee of the release was conditional to the ICTY securing's Seselj's agreement to the conditions. The fact that ICTY presented no conditions to Seselj, is not the government's error; its the ICTY's error. Laughable mess and circus, brought to you by the....ICTY.

Back to prison for this nationalist thug. He should have just shut his mouth instead of trying to bring back the 90's. Seselj is the past and an embarrassment for ordinary Serbs.

B92 writes: "The Appeals Chamber has ordered the Trial Chamber to immediately order Seselj to return to the Hague detention unit."
An order for an order by the Appeals Chamber. Odd. The AC is asking the TC to overrule itself?
The TC upheld the release on January 2015. If the AC wanted Seselj returned, why didn't they AC simply order it themselves? Please stay tuned for more convoluted thinking, illogical writings and orders from this circus.

I wish he was an embarrasement for the ordinary Serbs. Take a look at the other post, and check the likes he is getting from the ordinary serbs. That is the problem with Serbs, they know nothing about the 90's wars. They were fed with Milosevic propaganda on the tv. I have seen Serbian attrocities as I seen KLA attrocities, but i can guarante you that most of the people commenting on this website now little of the reality of the 90's war cuz they were watching in it from a TV screen.

Why didn't AC simply order him back? Laughable. Apparently, there is still no order revoking the release.
What we may read next week from the ICTY Appeal Chamber: The Appeal Chamber with a 3:2 majority decision annuls Newton's theory and issues an order demanding that the trial chamber to revoke law the gravity.

"Hague wants Seselj to return to detention unit"
Its beginning to be much clearer now for observers
who follow these proceeding of ICTY what the intent
of the court is.Since the court could not have convicted
Mr.Seselj for 10 years plus being in the detention center
Now they wants him back to die in prison unconvicted.
This is one of the flows in the Western culture.
Guilt or innocence is predetermined based on subjective
judgment of this Kangaroos court judges.Forensic and other
material evidence plays secondary part to political reasons.
