EU and its member states feel solidarity with victims of recent extreme floods in southeastern Europe, Fule said in a video link posted on the European Commission's website.

The commissioner said that the EU will use all available instruments to help Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina recover from the consequence of the disaster.
