Kosovo First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has announced that Guinea Bissau "again confirmed" that it has recognized Kosovo.

It is very easy to confirm recognitions, the UN keeps a record of all recognitions.

Sweety pie since Kosovo is not a member of the UN, the UN does not keep any records of how many have or have not recognized it. The procedure is that its up to Kosovo to seek membership of the UN and with that, show proof that all these countries have recognized it.
Now remember General Mackenzie left 2 years before Srebrenica was overrun by Serbs forces.

The truth is that a very large number of countries were pressured to “recognise” Kosovo, but they never did. They only said they would, but nothing official has been done. So the list of recognitions that the Albos have is not worth the paper its written on LOL.

When the PM for Guinea Bissau was in Belgrade and said that his country did not recognise Kosovo the same Behgjet Pacolli was declaring how they did and was alluding to a piece of paper. So now he has a better forgery and wants to tell everyone on TV. What a wanker.
