Lenard looks genuine (for me). Maybe I am wrong. He has a very unique style and quite often he is essentially right. He is way to Croatian tough.

The Albanian community around Vushtrri wants to take some distance from their Serb neighbors. Many Albanians around Pec or Decani are neutral or even rather pro-Serb.
The ones around Vushtrri are demonstratively Moslem, they DO NOT build catholic churches - even that is a general trend around Kosov@ recently.
Nothing bad about that... but since it's a DEMONSTRATIVELY MUSLIM community (and that's what elders in that little area do demand!) - you know EXACTLY the price of a bottle of Albanian Cognac there last week... or week before... or ever.
