1. But which of the two "Amnesty Yugoslavia"s is correct?! The "Amnesty Yugoslavia" who says that Judge Harhoff is a clown masquerading as a judge, or the "Amnesty Yugoslavia" who relies on the clown's words?!
    (icj1, 4 December 2017 03:55)

More than two decades of words and corrupt judicial practice of the ICTY circus define the judges as clowns. Harhoff as a member of this circus explicitly corroborates this fact.
icj1, the CB of B92, should realize that a “corroboration” does not make “two Amnesty Yugoslavia’s”.
A performer in one of the three rings, explicitly exposed the circus and the corrupt ring master Meron.
Yes, the ICTY has provide us self-incriminating words that prove their own stupidity, much like icj1 on B92.

Thank you, yes, Amnesty Yugoslavia is correct. The written opinions of the various ICTY’s judges have indeed incriminated the whole lot as farcical clowns. In a recent spectacle, the bozos idiotically confirmed “senior leaders” in a JCE without an indictment, a trial or conviction. You may relate to an analogous process used by icj1, who posts reams of drivel incriminating and proving them-self to be the CB of B92. Similarly, the many writings and opinions of ICTY judges, including those corroborated by Judge Harhoff, have convincingly incriminated and exposed the ICTY judges as clowns.

  17. Some statistics for Muslim Bosniak Army, for which Muslim leaders are abolished by the UN, which might shed a little light on general Praljak's action. Muslim side operated 331 prison and detention camps through which 14444 Croats were internated, 1051 murdered civilian by their actions, out of which 121 child, more than 10 000 expelled Croats only from Konjic etc. areas. General Miljavac publicly confirmed today that in those months for which general was accused, which lasted for about 5 months, the Muslim army was trying to capture positions alongside corridor of Neretva river and breach into the Adriatic sea, an interest of radical Muslim politicians back then, and visible today when SDA, whose leaders are publicly associating themselves with Muslim Brotherhood, tries to stop the building of Pelješac bridge in Croatia because "it jeopardizes Bosnian interest on the sea" and claim a corridor over the Croatian territory all the way to Italy. The resulted clash with Croat army ended in destruction of Mostar and casualties with uncontrolled skirmishes on the side. The El Mujahideen division was involved in the conflict as a part of Bosnian army against the Croats that Praljak led, one of them being Anwar Al-Shaaban, the Al Qaida commander killed in Žepče. Now UN tries to whitewash by sacrificing Croat side and at the same time try to establish a "political framework" for future reintegration of by so called "reconciliation" policy they molded into judgment definitions.

You must cry on Serbian war criminals condemned as much as you like Adrian but if Serbia claim that there were crimes made on Serbs why she failed to find evidences?
Furthermore don't 'cry' so much about Serbs even for the crimes against Albanians no one is condemned but instead is on the head of Serbian state.
And for the Crimes on Albanian population is responsible directly the Serbian state. Otherwise from Croats and Bosnians - Albanians were Serbian citinizen so Serbia is directly responsible for the crimes on women/children/ elderly and other civilians she killed and she even hided the crimes.

Serbs deserved to be condemned as all them who do crimes but no one can convicte nobody without witnesses.
Is impossible that Serbia pretend so much crimes made on Serbs but YET she don't have witnesses for these crimes.
So I don't believe that these were mass crimes on Serbs if not there would be evidences. Is simple, RIGHT? No one in EU love Albanians/ Croats/ or Bosnians more than Serbs to protect our war criminals. Right?
Serbs try to play the victim tell that there were crimes even on Serbs - I would say stop crying - find the wittness on these crimes you pretend. If you don't have any - you're lias that just lie yourself with war tales.

The Muslims in BiH never intergrated with others living in BiH and now are slowly driving Croats out and causing such a headache for Serbs in RS that even they dont know which direction to take anymore. Why as christians have we allowed such stupitidy to take over in a region which was once so proud of its rich christian tradition. No it's called the shock of realizing your version of reality is different than the judge's. A samurai accepts his guilt before committing seppuku. He doesn't deny his guilt and then take the coward's way out.

If Slobodan can drink poison in open court..,

Then Milosevic the infamous coward can drink it in his cell.

Milosevic’s Uncle, both parents and Mlafic’s daughter all committed suicide.

  57. How can a inmate of a institution such as the Hague be in possession of any contraband ? This Croatian S.O.B. charged with such high crimes in possession of a shot glass full of poison, how did he get it, who supplied it to him and are there any video cameras or pat downs or procedures the jailers have to perform ? What a bunch of bull crap, this Croatian satanic beast is long gone by now and this is the justice that is coming out of the Hague !!!

  58. I'm wondering if there will be some legal consequences of these rulings. Just like in Karadzic verdict last year, Milosevic was not part of "Joint criminal enterprise"

    [link]

Very bottom of the page. Note 15357

Contrary to that Croatian President Tudjam was found to be part of "joint criminal enterprise".

"Earlier in the day, the Hague Tribunal (ICTY) confirmed the existence of a joint criminal enterprise organized by Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina in the 1990s.

A portion of Croatia's political leadership, with then Croatian President Franjo Tudjman at the helm, also took part, the tribunal's Appeals Chamber said, announcing its ruling in the Jadranko Prlic et al. case.

The chamber rejected the appeal lodged by the former Croat leaders in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and confirmed the original finding that a joint criminal enterprise was established by Franjo Tudjman and other political leaders with the aim of setting up an entity "in accordance with the old borders of Croatia,"

This is a trick to to fool the public and this Croatian sh*t will probably live out his dirty life in Croatia or possibly in the Vatican peacefully ! Hard Evidence, show us a dead body that has the signs of autopsy certified by Srbija. Show us proof of identity of the body with certified DNA.

  69. I love how the comments on here reflect the bias unilateral sediment that overwhelm the common Serb. The comments are proof as to why there will never be reconciliation between Bosniaks, Croats, and Serbs. All parties involved committed war crimes. pointing blame constantly after 20+ years does not solve or help alleviate the situation. There were worst plans purposed by stronger people that were never implicated. So what! it never happened so get over it. Serbs and Croats both had plans for mini state. The fate of Kosovo has a determining factor in where the final result will be in regards to Croat and Serb interest in their ethnic spheres.

So it took these ICTY drunkards this long to establish this fact? Something we knew from day one.
