BELGRADE The Constitutional Court of Serbia (USS) has rejected a request to ban right-wing organizations Serbian National Movement (SNP) 1389 and SNP Nasi. A request to ban SNP Nasi 1389 was also rejected at a session on Wednesday, reads a release on the USS’ website. Court decides not to ban right-wing organizations SNP Nasi Board of Directors has announced that the USS’ decision is a proof that the movement “has been acting in accordance with the Serbian Constitution the whole time and it has been protecting interests of Serbia, its citizens and values”.
