However, only a few days ago Nasi came out with a list of organisations they want to be banned. Alongside that they also are against the rights of those that want to parade.

Thats the worst kind of hypocrisy...

I'd have to agree with them there. NGO's only serve to eat out of the Serbian budget and are nothing but complete parasites. Have not made Serbia a single bit better than when these losers like Sonja Biserko, Natasa Kandic came along.

Also 'the rights of those that want to parade' I didn't know 'parading' was a human right...From what I know, despite the fact that homosexuality is looked down upon in Serbia, gays can still purchase property, work, vote, are protected by the law from violence....explain to me where are these so called rights being infringed.

In fact they had a 'parade' this past year but it was indoors. And what is so wrong with that? Invite all those interested, close the doors and 'parade' until you can't parade any longer.

I am tired of framing this as a discussion about rights when certain people simple want to express their sexual preference on public streets. Its disgusting, immoral and I am glad Serbs will not tolerate it.

In real democracies its very difficult to ban a party or organzation, the "freedom of speech" is a high value. Otherwise also some political parties in Serbia should be banned...and we are not speaking about all the lies from official side. In reality Serbia s elite is ignoring the constitution and the parliament at all.

The following is the problem with some of these extreme right wing organisations - rather than argue for freedom of speech etc as a principle they argue the right of the existence of groups they agree with.

Any movement that supports hatred against an entire group of people should be banned. I do not follow the works of SNP and 1389 but if what the media says about them is in fact true (regarding neo Nazi glorification, Antisemitism, harassment of ethnic minorities etc) then they should be banned.

But along with any neo Nazi movement, the bannings should also apply to the extremist and increasingly fringe Nenad Canak 'Vojvodina' separatist party. True, Canak only matters in Serbian media circles and not among the actual people of Vojvodina (his separatists only won 10% of seats in Vojvodina's assembly) but his party is harmful and extremist nonetheless.

So I say lock up the neo Nazi's and throw away the key, but not before you lock up the LSV, 'Vojvodjanski Otpor' as well as the Jihadist criminal Mufti Zukorlic.

"...is a proof that the movement has been acting in accordance with the Serbian Constitution the whole time..."

Well, if this is the case, then it's high time to think about what's wrong in the Serbian Constitution.
