Russia will deliver some USD 1mn worth of medical equipment and a team of sappers to Belgrade today, says the Russian embassy. The delivery by an emergencies ministry aircraft will be the fifth shipment of humanitarian aid to Serb-dominated enclaves of Kosovo, since the province declared its independence from Serbia on February 17.
