EULEX pre-trial judge has confirmed an indictment against three Kosovo Serbs. The suspects are charged with war crimes against civilian population in Kosovo in 1999. EULEX confirms indictment against three Serbs The indictment against brothers Slobodan and Srecko Martinovic and Svetlana Stojanovic was raised in December 2010 under suspicion of committing war crimes against civilians during the conflict in Kosovo. According to the indictment raised by Special War Crimes Prosecutor Merita Bina Rugova, the suspects are accused of serious violation of two Albanians’ physical integrity and health. The accused’s attorney Dejan Vasic said that the defense would prove at the upcoming trial that those allegations were unfounded.
