Rasim Ljajic says that the upcoming visit by Hague Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz to Belgrade will be of a purely working nature. “We shouldn’t get too excited about the visit itself, it is a working one, a regular visit where we will run through everything we have done since his last visit to Belgrade,” said the president of the National Council for Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal, ahead of Brammertz’s arrival in Belgrade on Thursday. Ljajic: Brammertz visit no cause for excitement “I think that we’ve achieved full cooperation in all segments as far as available documentation, archives and releasing witnesses from oaths to keep state secrets is concerned,” Ljajic said, adding that Serbia was doing everything it could to locate and arrest the remaining two fugitives. “The final evaluation is up to Brammertz, but I think that no one can question Serbia’s readiness to meet all its obligations, because we are the only ones suffering the consequences of those two still being at large,” he said.
