Kovacevic is accused of brutally assaulting a fellow student at Binghamton University in New York State. He was arrested after the fight in which he put fellow student Bryan Steinhauer in a coma, but was release once bail of USD 100,000 was posted for him. The Serbian prosecution is analyzing the case to see whether it will press charges against him, since it is against Serbian law to extradite Serbian nationals to other countries. Kovacevic has an international warrant out for his arrest since fleeing America illegally.
