About 100 public companies' workers in Obilic in Kosovo have blocked the entrance into the municipal building with an excavator and other machinery. According to KiM Radio, the workers have taken control of the municipal building, located in the village of Plemetin, and have stated that they will remain there until their demands are met. Obilic: Workers block town hall One of their demands is that directors for public companies be named in accordance with regulations for local self-administrations. The workers stated that they are not opposed to sackings of company directors, but that a majority of the newly appointed ones do not live in Kosovo, but in central Serbia, where their families are located. Protests are taking place in Gracanica for the same reason for the second week in a row, with more than 100 workers from some Pristina municipal public company workers blocking the municipal building as well.

Protests are taking place in Gračanica for the same reason for the second week in a row, with more than 100 workers from some Priština municipal public company workers blocking the municipal building as well.
