Just as Croatia did 18 months ago, ”Serbia is now lobbying in European capitals to approach the EU without first extraditing Karadžić and Mladić”, Carla Del Ponte said during her lecture in Tallinn.

”However, the Croatian case demonstrates that if the EU sticks to it principles, it can achieve a lot”, Del Ponte said.
