According to the report, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to suffer significant losses during unsuccessful attempts to conduct offensive operations in the southern and Donetsk directions. "Kyiv lost over 400 soldiers in one day," the Russian Ministry claims.Five attacks by the Ukrainian army were repulsed at the forward position Vremevsko near Rovnopolje and Urozhajny. During the day, over 200 Ukrainian soldiers, five tanks and seven infantry fighting vehicles were destroyed.
In the direction of Donetsk, five enemy attacks were successfully repelled in the area of the settlements of Prvomajsko, Petrovsko and Staromihajlovka in the DNR. During the fighting, up to 215 Ukrainian soldiers were killed, and three armored combat vehicles, five military vehicles, and two D-20 howitzers were also destroyed.
"The ammunition depot of the 109th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Ukrainian Army was destroyed in the DPR. In the direction of Kupyansk, up to 45 Ukrainian soldiers were liquidated during the day, and the actions of two enemy sabotage groups were prevented. In the direction of Krasny Liman, up to 65 Ukrainian soldiers were liquidated, two armored personnel carriers, howitzer 'Acacia' and D-30. In the direction of Kherson, up to 30 Ukrainian soldiers and an American howitzer M777 were killed, while Russian air defense systems intercepted four 'HIMARS' missiles, and 22 Ukrainian drones were destroyed," the report of the Russian military concluded.
