Rising water levels due to melting snow and rain have caused a landslide of the Mlava River bank near Trnovaca. Goran Nikolic of the MUP Protection and Rescue Sector confirmed the news for B92 this morning, and said that his men last night secured the zone, widening the river bed. Part of river bank disappears in landslide No households were threatened by the water in the area, he said. According to Nikolic, the Baricka River has also flooded, and it is expected that the local authorities will help MUP build an embankment there this afternoon. Serbia's rivers are expected to rise during the next week, but experts do not believe they break their embankments.
