Special Organized Crime Court extended former District Prosecutor Rade Terzic’s custody, according to a court spokeswoman. Maja Kovacevic told Beta that Terzic’s custody had been extended a further two months at the request of the investigative judge, Dragan Lazarevic. Former prosecutor to remain in custody Terzic was arrested on July 20 and has been in custody ever since. He is suspected of abusing his office as prosecutor to pass illegal rulings pertaining to the release from prison of members of the Zemun Clan criminal group.
