"The official position of the Serbian policy is that Serbia does not interfere in the internal affairs of its neighbors, that any solution reached in Bosnia-Herzegovina is acceptable to Serbia, and that it supports the European road and efforts of this neighboring state," Miščević was quoted as saying.

She then noted that "special ties exist with the Serb Republic (RS)," and stressed those were based on the Dayton agreement, "which is not violated in that way."

"We will not choose sides. But, Serbia will not take one, the other, or the third side when any kind of decision is made. We are attempting in each conversation with the European Commission and member-states to warn in favor of the need of a clear perspective of integrations for every one of our neighbors, including Bosnia-Herzegovina," she told the Sarajevo-based daily Oslobođenje.

"That had a positive effect on Serbia in the sense of progress and overcoming some difficult things and taking some difficult steps, so we think it could have the same effect on our neighbors. We are ready completely to technically help if any help is needed," concluded Mišković, as quoted in a Fena news agency report.
