Governments of Serbia, RS to hold joint session

The governments of Serbia and the Serb entity in Bosnia, the Serb Republic (RS), will on Monday hold their fifth joint session in Banja Luka, RS.

BELGRADE, BANJA LUKA The governments of Serbia and the Serb entity in Bosnia, the Serb Republic (RS), will on Monday hold their fifth joint session in Banja Luka, RS. Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic has announced that all issues concerning economic cooperation between Serbia and the RS will be discussed at the session. Governments of Serbia, RS to hold joint session Primarily, development of diverse infrastructural projects will be discussed, in particular, energy and transport projects, Dacic said. Also discussed will be progress made so far in implementation of joint projects, with several agreements and memoranda to be signed. Prime Minister Dacic said that the joint session of the two governments is an indication of positive development and good relations between Serbia and the RS, also reflecting the special ties to which Serbia is entitled to under the Dayton Agreement. According to an earlier statement from the Serbian government, the Serbian delegation, headed by Dacic, will consist of Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and ministers Rasim Ljajic, Nebojsa Rodic, Lazar Krstic, Sasa Radulovic, Milan Bacevic, Igor Mirovic, Aleksandar Antic, Velimir Ilic, Nikola Selakovic, Tomislav Jovanovic, Ivan Tasovac, Dragan Glamocic and Aleksandar Vulin. The joint session will be preceded by a meeting of Prime Minister Dacic and Deputy Prime Minister Vucic with RS President Milorad Dodik and Prime Minister Zeljka Cvijanovic, while the ministers will hold simultaneous bilateral meetings.
