Boris Tadic has conceded defeat adn congratulated his opponent Tomislav Nikolic on the victory in the presidential election runoff. Tadic, leader of the Democratic Party (DS), served as Serbia's president for two mandates since 2004, and was on Sunday seeking his third term in office.
