Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic said that Belgrade and Berlin shared the same “vision for the European future of the Balkans.” After meeting with his German counterpart Guido Westerwelle, Jeremic said that the central strategy of the Serbian government is EU membership, adding that relations with Germany are of great importance. ”Berlin shares vision of EU integration” “We will continue to work closely, with Germany and other partners, towards achieving our strategic priority,” Jeremic said. “In the Western Balkans, there are obstacles and challenges for EU integration.
