Serbian Kosovo Ministry State Secretary Oliver Ivanovic said that the ministry will be aiding recent returnees who have come back to the village of Klobukar. He said that he has already been in contact with Red Cross officials in order to give the returnees the help they need most for their return to Kosovo. He said that the ministry will be helping the returnees in Klobukar, as well as all other people who wish to return to the province. 18 Serb families returned to Klobukar, near Novo Brdo, in mid-July, and according to them, the biggest problem is the lack of water, the poor quality of the homes that were built and the lack of home appliances.
