Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg says that Serbia’s further EU integration should not be impeded by the failure to arrest Ratko Mladic. “The entire country should not be held hostage to a criminal,“ Schwarzenberg told reporters in Brussels on behalf of the Czech EU presidency.
