Romania also has “EULEX condition” In an interview with International Radio of Serbia, the ambassador said that Bucharest supports Serbia's stands on the need for EULEX to be status-neutral. “Romania believes that EULEX should assume the obligations that the UN mission in Kosovo has had so far,” Makovei said.
