“Conditional pre-registration”

Đelić did not say how much the pre-registration would cost, but he said that it would be fair for those who buy and register their vehicles in Montenegro, to have to pay a fee if they want to take bring the car into Serbia.

“Everyone who is against this is a populist, and is not offering fair solutions. There are 70,000 vehicles in question owned by ordinary people who cannot sell and buy other cars so easily. This is not realistic and we are not here to take our frustrations out on people, but to solve their problems,” Đelić said.
