The Bank of Moscow has approved a loan worth USD 100mn to NIS, that will be realized in cooperation with its operation in Belgrade. The bank's representatives in Serbia said that the oil company will receive the money shortly, after a contract has been signed. Russian bank to lend NIS USD 100mn Russia's giant Gazprom owns 51 percent of NIS, while the remaining 49 percent are held by the Serbian government. The Bank of Moscow, set up in 1995 as a state-run bank, is among the top five in the country, and has the city of Moscow as its biggest shareholder controlling 44 percent of its stock, a statement from the bank said.
