These reforms must be holistic,” Jovanovic said. “They must be more dynamic than in the last few months and I am talking about sectors that are key and sectors that are currently a source of problems for our economy, and are primarily linked to public companies, to incomplete privatizations and, of course, to establishing monopolies,” he said.
