Telekom's privatization adviser is French Lazard, but the possible model of the sale and the price have not been announced.

The government also "set up a working group for holding negotiations with potential strategic partners for investing in Zelezara Smederevo steelworks."

Minister of Economy Zeljko Sertic was appointed chairman of the working group, a statement added.
