PRAGUE A Czech pro-Serb group has filed criminal charges against former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright for her offensive statement against Serbs. "We charge that she had committed the criminal act of insulting peoples, racial, ethnic or other groups," the Friends of Serbs in Kosovo organization said in a statement on Wednesday. The video of her telling them to leave in a raised tone of voice, and calling them "disgusting Serbs", was posted on YouTube and has since generated over 340,000 views.
