Education Minister Zoran Loncar, DSS, has walked out of an informal conference of European education ministers in Oslo. The ministry told Beta that the Kosovo delegation had been presented as the delegation of the independent state of Kosovo, even though it was earlier announced that it would be referred to as “UNMIK-Kosovo”. Ministers from the EU member-states, candidate states and Western Balkan countries were all invited to attend the two-day informal conference.
