BELGRADE Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic has stated that the government will decide on a draft agreement with Pristina on Monday. The prime minister said that the government would be the first to make a decision on the agreement because it led the country’s foreign and internal policy, adding that the decision would then be forwarded to parliament for verification.
