Parliament to meet Wednesday?

Party chiefs will hold consultations today, from which Democratic Party official Miloš Aligrudić expects an agreement. He said that there was nothing unconstitutional about what parliamentary officials have done thus far.

“We had a situation where the first regular meting started late, that was not up to us, and the harmonization, at the first, regular meeting. It was unclear whether that was the first regular or irregular meeting, because it can be taken both ways.” Aligrudić said.

Liberal Democratic Party President Čedomir Jovanović, however, said that repealing the daily agenda from parliament is “an effort of ‘damage control’ by the ruling coalition.”

He also announced that his party will continue to insist on the implementation of the Lustration Law.
