The shooting, in which at least two more people were injured, occurred last night just after 7 p.m. local time, in Ross Township, 137 kilometers north of Philadelphia, said the director of Monroe County Emergency Management, Guy Miller, adding that the attacker , who was arrested and taken to the hospital, was apparently "shooting randomly".
