An ethnic Albanian from Kosovo who on Dec. 31 killed five people in the Finnish town of Espoo executed his victims "systematically", say police. "We do not know whether the killer knew his victims before the crime. That is a subject of the investigation and that is why right now we cannot say why he fire," said police detective Esa Groenlund, who heads the team investigating the killings.
