Colombian officials said they canceled a contract with a PR firm run by a chief strategist for Hillary Clinton's campaign. Clinton strategist Mark Penn is employed by Burson-Marsteller, which was helping the Colombian government advocate a free-trade agreement with the United States, but that posed a conflict of interest with Clinton, who opposed such a deal, The Washington Post noted Sunday.
