OSCE Ambassador Dimitrios Kypreos and representatives of several journalist and media association met today in Belgrade. The head of the OSCE mission in Serbia conferred with representatives of the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM), Local Pres, the Independent Society of Journalists of Vojvodina (NDNV), the Independent Association of Journalists of Serbia (NUNS) and the Association of Journalists of Serbia (UNS). OSCE mission chief meets media reps They discussed the process of the making of the Media Strategy, said a NUNS statement. The journalist associations' representatives informed Ambassador Kypreos about the activities so far related to the strategy, and noted that they will in the future continue to actively participate in the making of this important document. They also warned that all deadlines set for the strategy to be completed had expired. The OSCE mission chief agreed that the strategy should be high on the agenda of the Ministry of Culture, said NUNS. The statement added that the meeting was attended by Sasa Mirkovic (ANEM), Dejan Miladinovic (Lokal pres), Nedim Sejdeinovic (NDNV), Vukasin Obradovic (NUNS) and Ljiljana Smajlovic (UNS).
