A video has appeared on the YouTube video website of a drunk driver being allowed by police to make an illegal turn and park in front of the Serbian parliament. Media have reported that the person in question is "well-known businessman Zoran Jovicic", from Kragujevac. Drunk driver in front of parliament Jovicic was driving his car in the wrong direction on one of Belgrade’s busiest streets, and a police officer was trying to stop him. He then sped across the grass and plateau in front of parliament and started driving across the steps that lead to the entrance, after which he parked his car in front of the building.
