President Boris Tadic on Thursday attended a ceremony for the Serbian students who will do their internships in Austria. The program was organized via the Zoran Djindjic Fund. Student interns leave for Austria Tadic said last night that he would like the students return to their homeland and share their experience with their colleagues, which would “represent a new form of patriotism”. "In recent Serbian history people who were willing to consider other people's experiences were always significant. Austria is an example of an organized society in terms of social policy, communication, transport,” said Tadic, in his speech at a reception before the departure of the third generation of students to that country. Austrian Ambassador Clemens Koja told the students that his country supports young people and the reform of higher education in Serbia, as well as the aspirations of Belgrade to join the European Union. Igor Dencic, one of the students who will do their internship in Austria, underlined that students supported by the Zoran Djindjic Fund intend to continue the path set by the Serbian prime minister who was assassinated in 2003.
