The dailies lead with the SRS resolution draft that threatens to collapse the cabinet and bring the latest on football and mafia. ALO—"Nerve gas discovered in Zoran's body", the daily says on the front page, about the toxicology results of Zoran Vujovic's autopsy. Vujovic died at the U.S. embassy during the riots there last month, and fire was believed to have been the cause of death. Press: Resolution of contention "Germany and Slovenia start issuing visas", is about the resumption of work of the embassies that were targeted during the anti-Kosovo indepednence protests in Belgrade. The fresh political crisis in the country with a proposed parliamentary resolution that has the parties at loggerheads is explored under, "Serbia at standstill once again". "Arrest warrant for [Zvezdan] Terzic", is about the abuse of office charges brought against the president of the Serbian FA, who has been abroad for several months. BORBA—"The resolution of contention", is a front page headline to a story about the Radicals (SRS) resolution on Kosovo and EU integration, backed by the DSS, but opposed by Democrats (DS). "For stability of prices", says that the monetary policy may become even stricter in a bid to keep inflation at bay. VECERNJE NOVOSTI—"Unity preserves government", Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic is optimistic in an interview. Another story is downright pesimistic, and says that the collapse of the coalition government could happen as soon as today: "New majortiy paves the way". "Prices full throttle ahead", more on the price hikes in the country and fears of inflation. GAZETA—"Ceca is back", informs the newspaper on the front page, about Svetlana Raznatovic's return to the country. The folk diva is also the owner of FK Obilic – she went abroad as investigations into the ties of football and mafia started yielding first arrests. More on sport and crime but in a different sense under, "Nenad Jestrovic's blackmailer in custody". GLAS JAVNOSTI—"New majority for new government?" is about the SRS-DSS informal coalition in parliament today. "Serbs on a Kosovo partition express", is about the latest from the north of the province. "Arrest warrant for Terzic", more on the trouble at the top of the FA. DANAS—"Serbia faces dangerous blockade", is about the ruling coalition turmoil. Speaker Oliver Dulic, DS, is interviewed under, "We are ready for referendum and EU". KURIR—In its front page headlines today, the tabloid has reached for the Serbian epic poetry language that loses something in translation: "Who is faithful, who a traitor", is about the Radicals' resolution draft. POLITIKA—"Tadic and Kostunica on opposite sides", describes the political scene in Serbia today, in light of the coalition rift over Kosovo and the EU. "Search for Zvezdan Terzic", is another headline. "Serbian gasoline priciest in all transition countries", the daily brings bad news for drivers. PRESS—The tabloid does not beat about the bush: "DSS-SRS: New coalition!" "Arrest warrant for Terzic", more on the prosecutor's decision yesterday.
